- All my votes are gone. What happened to all the votes that I got last month?
"ibibo ifresh face" votes for each month expire on the last day of that particular month. However, if you were amongst top 30 based on your votes, your name will appear on the Top 30 list for that particular month. This list will never be deleted.
- I am in Top 30, will my ranking be retained next month?
If you are in Top 30 at midnight of the last day of a month, you will be shown in the list of Top 30 for that month forever. However, with beginning of each month, you votes will be reset (i.e. total number of votes will become zero). Please start gathering votes now and make sure you become one of the Top 30 contestants so that you name remains on iFresh Face forever!
- Who is eligible to participate in ibibo iFresh Face?
"ibibo ifresh face" is open to any person who registers on the web site of Ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd. or an existing ibibo registered user, being a resident of India and above 18 years of age. The Contest is applicable for females only.
- Will I be eligible if I don't complete my profile and/or do not mention my height details?
No. It is necessary for you to update your profile and also to mention your height in your profile.
- I uploaded my photos but they are not showing in "recent entries" list. Do I need to do anything else?
No, you need not do anything else. When you upload a photo to ibibo iFresh Face, it is reviewed by ibibo editors to ensure that your photos are "suitable for public viewing". This is a manual process and may take upto 48 hours.
- What is the maximum number of photos that I can upload for ibibo iFresh face?
There is no limit whatsoever on the number of photos that you can upload for ibibo iFresh Face. In fact, more number of photos you upload better are your chances of getting user votes.
- My ranks is shown as "Not in top 30". What does it mean?
The ranks are shown only for top 30 (based on user votes) participants. However, other participants can know how many votes they need to be the top contestant.
- How can I be in the top rated faces?
"Top rated faces" is a list of top 30 (based on user votes) participants. To get in to this list, gather more votes for yourself. Make more friends on ibibo and ask them to vote for you.
- Can I choose which of my photos is shown on "Recent photos" and "Top rated faces"?
Yes. Go to ibibo Photos and click "My albums". This will open a page that shows all your photo albums. Click on the album called "iFresh Face". This will show you all photos belonging to this particular album. Under the desired photo, click on "set album cover".
- Will the participant with the most votes become the iFresh face of the month?
The participant with the most votes will be acknowledged as the most popular participant of the month. However, the choice of ibibo Fresh Face of the month will rest with the panel of judges.
- How many times can I vote for a participant?
You can vote for a participant only once. However, you can vote for as many participants as you like. Please note that you have to be an ibibo user (and must sign-in) to vote.
