TERMS & CONDITIONS

The "ibibo ifresh face Contest" (hereinafter referred to as Contest) is open to any person who registers on the web site of Ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd. (herein after referred to as "Company")or an existing ibibo registered user, being a resident of India and above 18 years of age. The Contest is applicable for females only.

The term of the Program is 3 months effective from 15th July 2008, subject to an extension of another 3 months and each month 1 winner will be chosen depending upon the decision taken by the panel constituted. With effect from 1st Oct 2008 term of the Program stands extended to 31st Dec 2008 on the same terms and conditions. With effect from 31st Dec 2008 term of the Program stands extended to 30th Jun 2009 on the same terms and conditions. With effect from 30th Jun 2009 term of the Program stands extended to 31st Dec 2009 on the same terms and conditions.

To be eligible for the Program, a user shall be required to upload her portfolio by the 30th /31st day of every month during the term of the Program, which should contain at least one close up and one full length photograph along with her height specifications on the user profile on ibibo web site during the term of the Program.

Each month one participant shall be chosen as the iFresh face of that particular month within the term, by a Panel constituted by Elite Modeling Management India (hereinafter referred to as "Elite") basis the portfolio and the profile uploaded by her on the web site. Such decision of the Panel will be final and binding.

A still shoot each month for the relevant month chosen participant, by a well known photographer, will be organised in Mumbai/Delhi by Elite for which the dates shall be communicated to the chosen participant in advance. The Company shall not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever if the winner absents herself from the still shoot. She will also get a 2 year modeling contract with Elite, the contract terms and conditions of Elite shall apply for the same. The Company will not be liable in any manner for the 2 year contract with Elite.

Each month additionally a "top rated face" will be chosen, from the portfolios uploaded as part of the Program. This will be based on a combination of the number of votes received.

The participant chosen as the "top rated face" each month will get her portfolio shot by a fashion photographer for free. It is not necessarily that the "top rated face" will be the "ifresh face" of the month as well. Decision of the Company shall be final and binding.

The chosen participant(s) will be intimated by an e-mail at the e-mail address specified by them and names of the chosen participant shall also be posted on the Company web site. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for non receipt of intimation by e-mail.

The chosen participant(s) will be required to submit documentation such as ID, age proof etc. as required by the Company within 5 days from release of the chosen participant's name.

Cost of travel, boarding and lodging of the chosen participant(s) for the shoot in Mumbai/Delhi shall be provided by the Company. The choice of hotels, airlines etc. will be solely of the Company.

The Company shall reserve the right to use all data, material etc. received as part of this Program as it may deem fit for its future promotions. The chosen participant(s) will also be required to participate in programs organized by the Company, as and when required in the discretion of the Company.

The Company also reserves the right to amend the rules of the Program or extend the period or cancel or discontinue the Program or any part thereof without giving any reasons or prior notice.

The employees of Company, Service Providers or any associated companies and members of the immediate family of the employees of the Company will not be eligible to participate in the Program.
