Terms & Conditions
- The "ibibo iBeach Body" initiative (hereinafter referred to as Initiative) is open to any person who registers on the web site of ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd. (herein after referred to as "Company")or an existing ibibo registered user, being a resident of India and above 18 years of age. The Initiative is applicable for females only.
- The term of the Program is till 20th November 2009
- To be eligible for the Program, a user shall be required to upload her portfolio during the term of the Program, which should contain at least one close up and one full length photograph along with her height specifications on the user profile on ibibo web site during the term of the Program.
- Twenty participants will be short listed by the Panel of judges, basis the portfolio and the profile uploaded by her on the web site. Such decision of the Panel will be final and binding.
- The judges will meet all the twelve participants and choose the final twelve. The twelve participants will then be shot in swim wear, by the 6 fashion photographers who are on board as the Judges. Each photographer will shoot two participants in swim wear. The dates shall be communicated to the chosen participants in advance. The Company shall not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever if the chosen participant/s absents herself from the shoot.
- Additionally a "most voted Beach Body" will be chosen, from the portfolios uploaded as part of the Program. This will be based on the number of votes received by the particular participant.
- The participant chosen as the "most voted Beach Body" will get her portfolio shot by a fashion photographer for free. It is not necessarily that the "most voted Beach Body" will be one of the twelve chosen "iBeach Body" as well. Decision of the Company shall be final and binding.
- The chosen participant(s) will be intimated by an e-mail at the e-mail address specified by them and names of the chosen participant shall also be posted on the Company web site. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for non receipt of intimation by e-mail.
- The chosen participant(s) will be required to submit documentation such as ID, age proof etc. as required by the Company within 5 days from release of the chosen participant's name.
- Cost of travel, boarding and lodging of the chosen participant(s) for the shoot in India shall be provided by the Company. The choice of hotels, airlines etc. will be solely of the Company.
- The Company shall reserve the right to use all data, material etc. received as part of this Program as it may deem fit for its future promotions. The chosen participant(s) will also be required to participate in programs organized by the Company, as and when required in the discretion of the Company.
- The Company also reserves the right to amend the rules of the Program or extend the period or cancel or discontinue the Program or any part thereof without giving any reasons or prior notice.
- A registered user can be chosen only once during the duration of the Program.
- No correspondence shall be entertained with regard to the Program.
- The employees of Company, Service Providers or any associated companies and members of the immediate family of the employees of the Company will not be eligible to participate in the Program.
- The laws of India govern the Program all disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Gurgaon only.
- The Program will continue to be governed by the terms and condition of the website.
