- The ibibo iFashion Photographer Season 3 (hereinafter referred to as Program) is open to all persons who register on the web site of ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd. ("Company") or to existing Company registered user, being a resident of India and above 18 years of age ("participant")
- The term of the Program is three (3) months effective from 22nd Jan 2009("term").With effect from 22nd April 2009 term of the Program stands extended to 31st July 2009 on the same terms and conditions.
- To be eligible for the Program, a user has to upload a minimum of 3 photographs shot by him/her, on the website during the term
- The ibibo community will vote for his/her favorites. Every fortnight, Jatin will highlight the "portfolio of the fortnight" . the portfolio he thinks deserves special mention. However, the choosing of the final 5 photographers by him has no bearing on the portfolio chosen every fortnight
- All entries for the Program should be submitted latest by 31st August 2009
- All Entries must be submitted in digital format. Entries must be a minimum of 5x7 inches in dimension at a resolution of 100 dpi
- Final 5 best participants will be nominated as winner(s) basis their uploaded photographs by a specially constituted panel comprising of famous photographer Jatin Kampani. Winners get to shoot in a state of the art studio in Mumbai ("venue") under the aegis of Jatin Kampani with professional models. The 5 will each win a Samsung Ultra Touch mobile.
- Nominated Finalist will be required to retain RAW file(s) of their uploaded photographs for consequent verification by the Jury
- The winner(s) will be intimated on e-mail address or/ contact numbers specified by him/her and names of the winner(s) shall also be posted on the Company web site. It is mandatory for the participant to upload at least 2 contact numbers on his/her profile. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for non receipt of intimation by e-mail
- The winner(s) will be required to submit documentation such as ID, age proof etc. as required by the Company within 5 days from release of the winner's name
- If the required documentation is not submitted by the winner within 5 days from release of his/her name, the Company reserves the right to select an alternative winner(s) and the original winner's entitlement to participate in the shoot will lapse
- Winners will be required to remain at the venue and will not be allowed to leave till completion of the entire shoot by all winners. Food & refreshments will be provided at the shoot
- Entries of sensitive nature, including those that may be considered objectionable, inappropriate, violent, and hateful or in violation of copyright shall be disqualified
- The Company reserves the right to use all media files, data, material etc. captured or created/uploaded during the Program for its current and future promotional and other media release(s) as it deems fit. The entries will be the property of the Company
- Travel, boarding and lodging to Mumbai for each of the winners for the shot at Mumbai will be borne by the Company. Choice of hotels, airlines and class shall be at sole discretion of the Company. However, winners will be required to make their own arrangements for reaching and getting back from the respective airports and all other extra expenses incurred by them during the Program
- All Intellectual Property rights in the uploaded photographs should solely belong to the participant(s) and should not breach any third party right. The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claim /issue relating to the same.
- Photo(s) shot using mobile phones/ PDA's /Palmtops will not qualify for the Program.
- All entries will be subject to the scrutiny and approval of the constituted panel for all required purpose of the Program
- Company retains the right to disqualify any entry without subscribing any reason whatsoever
- The rights of selection and judgment cannot be contested and are binding on the participants
- No correspondence shall be entertained with regard to the Program
- Company reserves the right to amend the rules of the Program or extend the period or cancel or discontinue the Program or any part thereof without giving any reasons or prior notice
- The employees of the Company or any associated companies and/or members of the immediate family will not be eligible to participate in the Program
- The laws of India govern the Program all disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Gurgaon only
Win a MP3 Player - Terms & Conditions
- “Vote and win MP3 player in iFashion photographer” (“Contest”) is a contest organized by ibibo Web Private Ltd. ('Promoters') and is open to a citizen of India who is resident of India and is above 18 years of age (“participant”).
- The term of the Contest is from 24th July 2009 to 31st August 2009 (“term”).
- To be eligible for the contest the participant should be a registered user of ibibo.com
- The Promoters reserve the right to verify the authenticity of your resident status in India, age, academic institution and address. In exercising the right, the Promoters may ask the participant to provide any documentary or other form of evidence, and if evidence does not establish the same then the Promoters, in their sole discretion, will have the right to disqualify the participant.
- By signing the online entry form for the Contest and clicking the submit button, the participant(s) acknowledge that he/she has read and is agreeing to abide by the rules and regulations provided herein, Terms of Use of the Website “www.ibibo.com” (“Site”) and any additional rules that may appear on the Site from time to time.
- The Promoters shall not be liable / responsible for any lost entries due to any reason including a technical problem.
- The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify the participant if his/her conduct to the Contest is not in accordance applicable rules and regulations. The decision of the Promoters shall be final and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
- The Promoters reserve the right to amend the rules of the Contest or extend the period or cancel or discontinue the Contest or any part thereof without giving any reasons or prior notice.
- A participant will be considered a valid participant into this contest only if his/her mobile is linked on isms.ibibo.com.
- Contest Details
- A participant will need to vote for his/her favourite Fashion Photographer in the ongoing application on ibibo ifashion photographer at http://photos.ibibo.com/ifashionphotographer2
- The participant will Win the ‘MP3 player’ if his voted Fashion Photographer is amongst the final 5 winners of iFashion Photographer
- In case there are more than 1 individuals who votes for final winner then the short listed participants would need to send the best slogan for ifashion photographer, basis which the MP3 Player winners would be decided.
- Participants accept and acknowledge that an individual / person shall be awarded only one gift during the term.
- The Promoter reserves the right to change the gift due to circumstances beyond its control or to offer an alternative of similar value.
- The gift earned are not transferable and are subject to deductions as per law.
- The winner of the Contest agree that he/she shall make himself/herself available from time to time and co-operate with the Promoters and participate in any activity and/or campaign of any nature whatsoever without no additional cost.
- The winners of the Contest will be intimated by e-mail at the e-mail address specified by him/her and a list of winners shall also be posted on www.ibibo.com. The Promoter shall not be responsible or liable for non receipt of intimation by e-mail.
- No correspondence shall be entertained with regard to the Contest.
- Decision of the Promoters shall be final and binding
- The contestant agrees that he/she shall hold harmless the Promoters, Site, its employees, officers or any other person in connection with the Contest and shall also not file in person/ through any family member and/or third party any applications, criminal and/or civil proceedings in any courts or forum in India against the Promoter and/or the Site to claim any damages or relief.
- The employees of Promoters or any associated companies and members of the immediate family of the employees of the Promoters will not be eligible to participate in the Contest.
- All Government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, octroi, etc. shall be payable as applicable by the winner.
- The laws of India govern the Contest and all disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Gurgaon only.
